Love this product. I have been using Neals Yard products for several years now and they are worth every penny. Highly recommend.

A bottle of this Essence is long-lasting and top quality. It applies smoothly and richly, a little goes a long way, and it's nourishing, brightening, and smoothening. It basically feels like I'm giving my skin a luxurious treatment. I tend to use it before bed, for maximum overnight effect, and it smells calming, too.

I have used this product for 3 years now. Normally I place an order on one of their retailers' websites because the price is more reasonable. Still, the brand has increased the price since last year, which is hilarious for the ingredients in the bottle. While waiting to look for an alternative product, I placed this product again two weeks ago. The brand uses UPS service. The delivery man was too lazy to ring a bell and he lied that he tried to deliver for me two times, but he could not make it. He didn't even leave a note for me saying that the package is now at the UPS office!! I tried to contact the UPS but they asked me to contact the sender. I then sent an email to the brand's customer service. They responded to me as simple as I would have to go to the UPS's office to take my package. Hey, if I could directly contact UPS for this package, I would know a way to ask them to deliver the package for me because it was their fault, not mine. I see the brand's customer service is as lazy as the UPS's service. You ask your clients to purchase a value of more than $99 to get a free delivery while other brands can offer that for the purchase of +$50. Your products are overpriced and the customer service is not good. Bye!

great light texture and feels hydrating for delicate face skin

Super hydrating! Skin stays moist even use it alone. Definitely one of the essentials in my skin care routine.

I have been trying so many products for my 45 year old dry and sensitive skin. Because I have tried so many different brands and always felt disappointed, I had almost zero expectation for the Frankincense Intense Line. I tried the Essence and Lift Cream trial packet.
The texture of the essence has a thicker consistency that I liked, because more moisture! And the cream was also thick but once applied to the skin it felt great and didn’t leave my face looking shiny at all. Neither of them gave me any uncomfortable sensations on my skin. No sting or tingling.
The following morning my skin felt so soft and smooth, so I definitely got my hopes higher and squeezed out the remains from the little packet.
By nighttime, I was sold. Went online and ordered the Essence and Lift Cream.
After 3 days using these two, I still feel the same that this is a fantastic skin product.

I am a fan of simple skincare - taking good care of my skin with a cleanser, serum, eye cream and moisturizer. When I was introduced to the Hydrating Essence, I thought it would be a step I could forego. And then I tried it with amazing results - my skin looks smoother, it LOVES the hydration, and makes my serum feel like it absorbs better. I'm hooked! The texture is not quite gel and not quite liquid, it's not sticky and it flows over my skin beautifully. I can't say enough good things about this product.

If I was stranded on an island and could only take one product it would be this. I have tried many essences and nothing comes close to this! All the other ones are either too thick, too watery, or too sticky. This is the perfect consistency- offers intense hydration in a lightweight formula that pours out beautifully from the bottle. I may be a little late getting on the "Essence" train, but I had no idea what I was missing. I like to keep my skincare routine simple, but this new step (I use it after my toner) has made such a difference to my skin and I'm so glad I tried it. Within a day or use, my skin increased its natural glow, looked even smoother and doesn't feel dry or tight. The product itself isn't sticky and doesn't feel heavy. It's unlike anything I've tried before! I love it and don't think I could live without it!
